Expedition to Rio Juma Reserve

We take you to primary rain forest in the Juma river reserve 100km south of Manaus.
You will build your own camp and learn how to survive in the jungle.
We will teach you how to fish with lines, nets or spear, build traps and pick up fruits in the jungle.
We will show you the different eco systems that are existing in the Amazon rainforest.

Expedition to Jaú National Park

The Jaú National Park is the largest national park of South America.
It is located about 250 km of Manaus or 150 km from Barcelos. You get there from Manaus or Barcelos by boat.

It is well known for its richness of flora and fauna, like dolphins, fish, birds, alligators, turtles, monkeys,sloths, jaguars, tapir, armadillo, insects, anacondas and more.

You will stay with locals or in a jungle camp, there are no lodges. While your stay you will do different activities like hiking, canoeing, fishing, bird watching, observation of wild animals, study of medical plants and jungle fruits.

Authorization is required.

Expedition to Mamirauá Reserve

The Mamirauá Sustainable Development Reserve, is located about 600 km of Manaus or 30 km from Tefé.
You get there from Manaus by plane, river boat or speed boat to Tefé and from there by motorized canoe.

You will stay in a comfortable jungle lodge or with locals. While your stay you will do different activities like hiking, canoeing, fishing, bird watching, observation of wild animals, study of medical plants and jungle fruits.

No authorization is required

Expedition to Eldorado Waterfall

The Eldorado Waterfall is the biggest in Brazil with over 350m free fall. It is located in the Araca mountain chain about 550 km of Manaus or 180 km from Barcelos.
You get there from Manaus by plane, river boat or speed boat to Barcelos and from there by motorized canoe.

We recommend a river cruise with accomodation in cabins with a/c.

Expedition to Yanomami Reserve

The Yanomami are an indigenous tribe in northwest of Brazil and south of Venezuela, There population is about 35000.
We take you to a community located about 1000 km of Manaus or 100 km from São Gabriel de Cachoeiro. You get there from Manaus by boat or flight to Sao Gabriel then up the road to Cucui and then by boat  to the community.

Authorization is required.

Expedition to Sateré-Mawé Reserve

The Sateré-Mawé are an indigenous tribe in south west of the state of Amazonas.  There population is about 10000. We take you to a community located about 500 km of Manaus or 50 km from Maués.
You get there from Manaus by plane, river boat or speed boat to Maués and from there by motorized canoe.
